The application form for 2021 is yet to release. In the year 2021, NEET PG Application Form accepted applications till August 25, 2021. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) takes care of NEET PG announcements and releases. The guidelines for Jammu and Kashmir candidates differ. By September 10, candidates from Jammu and Kashmir, as well as those who completed their MBBS at medical schools in the state, must submit a fully signed affidavit along with their NEET PG application form 2021.

- On February 23, online registration for the NEET PG 2021 application form was launched on the website.
- The NEET PG 2021 Application Form may only be filled out online.

NEET PG Application Form Eligibility
Before applying for the NEET PG exam, a candidate must check the eligibility to apply for the exam. Following are the eligibility parameters-
Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India or an Indian Overseas Citizen (OCI).
Academic Eligibility: A Medical Council of India-accredited MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate is required (MCI).
Internship: On or before June 30, 2021, candidates having an MBBS permanent/provisional degree and a 12-month mandatory rotatory internship can apply for NEET PG. To take the NEET PG entrance test, you must register before the NEET PG 2021 form deadline.
Steps to fill NEET PG Application Form 2021
The application form for NEET PG 2021 may be completed in six phases, which are outlined below. According to NBE’s standards, a passport-size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression must be included in the NEET PG 2021 application form. Only credit/debit cards and net banking may be used to pay the NEET PG application fee online. There would be no provision for offline NEET PG registration.

Step 1- Online Registration for NEET PG-
Candidates may register for NEET PG 2021 by visiting the official website. Applicants must open the new NEET PG registration link on the website and enrolled aspirants must log in with their candidate ID and password generated during registration.
A new instruction page appears on the screen after clicking on NEET PG 2021 registration. Click the ‘Proceed’ button once you carefully read the instructions. The flowchart and information for online submission of NEET PG application form 2021 will appear; click ‘proceed’ to begin a new registration.
Enter the asked details and hit “save and proceed” button to proceed ahead. A candidate can also choose “save and exit” button, if they wish to make some changes later on. Once a candidate completes all the necessary steps, they will directed to other page where ’Candidate Login’ is given.
Step 2- Filling the NEET PG Form –
After a successful login, the candidate’s registration data in the NEET PG 2021 application form show on the screen. Any aspirant who desires to change or amend their information can do so by using the ‘edit’ option. Otherwise, they can select ‘proceed’ to finish the NEET PG application procedure.

A confirmation message will appear on the screen once you have uploaded your passport-size image, signature, and left-hand thumb impression. To be sent to the new page, candidates must click all of the “accept” buttons.
Step 4– Making Payment-
For a successful submission of NEET PG 2021 form, click on the option of online payment before selecting your desired exam city. The NEET PG 2021 application fee may be paid online using credit/debit cards or net banking. The application cost for NEET PG 2021 is listed below.
A candidate is registered successfully for NEET PG exam if they have completed all the necessary steps and also made the fee payment.
After successful transaction, a new page displays on the screen with the payment information and the payment receipt is created. Candidates can either print it or go on to the next stage by clicking on the ‘print’ button.
Step 5- Take a printout of your completed NEET PG application form for 2021–
Once all of the information has been entered, the filled NEET PG 2021 application form will appear on the screen, which must be printed. The NEET PG application form printout must be saved for future reference.

NEET Application Form Correction Window
NEET PG Application Forms accepts changes if the authorities gives access.
The following are the steps to correcting information on the NEET PG application form:
- Go to the official website to make changes.
- Navigate to the “NEET PG” exam tab.
- Click on “Applicant Login” and enter information such as your user ID and password.
- On the screen, you’ll see an application form containing all of your information.
- There will be a tab that says “Go to application form” at the top of the screen; click it.
- On the screen, a registration form will display.
- Make any necessary changes and double-check all areas.
- After each part, click the “save and next” button.

Who are eligible to fill NEET PG Form?
Candidates who meet the NEET PG 2021 eligibility requirements can fill up the application form. Candidates must hold an MBBS degree or a temporary Pass Certificate.
